For premade units/preorder units/ bundles/ lace products: After ordering, please allow 7-12 working days for your order to be processed. After processing, orders ship out via UPS with standard 2-4 day shipping. PO boxes are not accepted.
For Custom Ready To Ship Units: Ready to ship units ship out same day if ordered before 5pm central time. Orders ship out via UPS with standard 2-4 day shipping. PO boxes are not accepted.
For hair products: all products in this category ship out same day if ordered before 5pm central time. Orders ship out via UPS with standard 2-4 day shipping. PO boxes are not accepted.
